So I get a score of 9, due to the fact that there was a fair amount of frustration ordering. The order was somehow cancelled by accident by the vendor. So shipping was delayed. Then all of a sudden I get two sets. I had to send the other back. A bit of an inconvenience. The purchase could have been smoother, but the product is excellent."

Quality Made, Still Waiting on Shallow Spoon
"I purchased these products to begin a woodworking hobby. Almost everything has arrived; after I unboxed the package I found that the shallow curved knife was not included and I had received two of the straight blades knives. I contacted customer service to sort this out, and they were accommodating, however they sent me a third straight bladed knife. This may likely be a miscommunication on my part. All products that I have received work well, but I can’t speak to the shallow curved knife as I don’t actually have it. I would like Customer Service to contact me to send the correct knife please. It makes it difficult to continue being a customer when I can’t count on receiving what I have ordered."
